Position: It is located about 1,500 metres above sealevel. The hacienda is situated only 2 kilometres away from the village. This village with 6,000 inhabitants has lots of gaucho traditions. It is also called the Gate to the Andes. There are also schools. For higher education (university) you have to go to Salta City. It is only 30 kilometres away.Salta is also called the Pearl of the north, a romantic town built in Spanish colonial style.

Description: This idillically located hacienda is next to the extensions of the Andes. The house built in Spanish style is a perfect place for dreamers and those people that want to make a new start in their life because there are many animals and wonderful surroundings. This hacienda is a bit remoted but by car only five minutes away to the next village. Furthermore you only need half an hour to go to the town centre of Salta. The whole area of the hacienda is about 35,000 square metres and fenced in by a cattle fence. About half a hectare of the land is used for a well-kept park area of a great variety of plants.There is also a house. The remaining area is used as a vegetable garden, fruit trees and a paddock for horses.Three real estates belong to the property - the house with a gallery of 218 square metres, a nearby gincho of 91 square metres and a guest house, located about 60 metres away from the house.The hacienda owns a well and is also connected to the public water pipe. Power is supplied by 220 V and 380 V. There is a good chance to rent the guesthouse for local tourism. Some items of property can be taken over like a tractor for caring the parkarea, even horses and many more items. Everything will be included in the total price.
Fittings: This hacienda has a big gallery in a Spanish style.The whole house (including the guest house) was built with red bricks. The floor is tiled with ceramics plates.
