The project is located in the energy-politically active region of Lower Silesia, Poland - with excellent grid infrastructure and ideal solar and wind conditions. The proximity to the pan-European infrastructure and the large volume of land allow for long-term expansion possibilities.

This future-oriented project combines solar and wind energy with a stationary battery storage system (BESS) to ensure a grid-supporting and yield-optimized power supply. The aim is to feed power into the grid at peak demand by intelligently combining generation and storage.

In total, the project comprises two construction phases on two already secured sites with an area of 95 hectares:

Phase I: Construction of a solar power plant with an installed capacity of up to 113 MW. East-west or south-facing panel arrangements and a battery storage system (BESS) are planned.

Phase II: Addition of a wind farm with up to 90 MW on adjacent land.

All plots have been secured or leased on a long-term basis, and a binding grid connection agreement for 70 MW has already been concluded. Further connection capacities are currently being applied for.

Photovoltaics: 113 MW (alternatively 85 MW with southern orientation)

Battery storage (BESS): 70 MW applied for

Wind farm: 90 MW (in planning)

Grid connection: 110 kV cable connection to GPZ, contractually secured

Land use: Development plan valid since 2023 (solar); wind in municipal planning (target: 2026)

Building permits: Solar Q4 2025 expected, wind expected 2028

Environmental requirements: Positive EIA decision for 70 MW available, expansion to 113 MW under review
