Tuscan rustico with pool for sale in beautiful panoramic location close to Sinalunga in the Siena province in Tuscany. The property's origins lie in the 18th century. A few years ago the country house was lovingly restored, designed, furnished and is currently used as a holiday property. The rustico is located in a wide and smooth hilly landscape surrounded by olive groves and oak forests between the three major Tuscan wine growing areas Chianti, Montepulciano (Vino Nobile) and Montalcino (Brunello). The country house's ground floor offers an entrée with small reception, lounge and library for guests, dining room for 10-16 guests, large kitchen with pantry and a large laundry and utility room. Two guest rooms with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the garden are located on the ground floor as well. One of these rooms is equipped with a small kitchen, which makes this unit ideal to be rented out as studio or small apartment with private perch.
