The fully furnished "Casa Azul" was built by its owners with quality, functionality, security and a self-sufficient lifestyle in mind. The house offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area with open kitchen and bar counter, a spacious terrace which can be completely closed in the dining area by sliding windows as well as a utility and technical room.
Many objects such as toilets, washbasins, bathtub (Villeroy %26 Boch), taps (Jado), washing machine (Miele), kitchen, solar heating, windows etc. were imported from Germany. Historic original doors (e.g. from the Wilhelminian era) and a Caribbean color concept complete the visual picture. A good air conditioning concept creates a pleasant living environment and can be supported by fans and air conditioning systems (energy-saving inverter technology) if required. In all rooms there are not only the usual 110V connections, but also German sockets with 220V power supply.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and direct access to the spacious bathroom with double washbasin, large walk-in shower, bathtub and WC with bidet hand shower.
A guest bedroom (with 180 x 200 cm double bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan) and the guest bathroom (with large shower) complete the room.
In the living area there are 2 air conditioning units and the open kitchen with bar counter. A large fridge with cold water dispenser and spacious freezer compartment can be easily used via the photovoltaic system thanks to energy-saving inverter technology.
The dining area is located on the spacious terrace, which can be completely closed off with sliding windows. From the comfortable lounge set, you have an endless view of the natural surroundings.
The large 48 m² garage (with imported, electric Hörmann sectional door and 3 windows) also offers space for a workshop or gym and can be converted into living space if required. An additional carport and two garden sheds create further space.
The completely fenced, park-like garden, which is barely visible, invites you to sunbathe by the pool and go for walks. The spacious plot is ideal for keeping animals and offers further building possibilities. Exotic plants and flowers provide colorful accents, fruit trees such as avocado, mango, noni and oranges as well as banana trees and pineapples enrich the menu. There is a raised bed for growing vegetables and herbs. The fantastic tree population not only provides shade on hot days, but also offers a habitat for hummingbirds and songbirds. |
