Location:

This property can be reached by a gravel road, which starts in the north of the city of Cachoeiras de Macacu. After about 3 KM you reach a mountain stream and then you are at the farm that resembles a national park.
Since 1982, this property of about 500 hectares is owned by a very prestigious family in this region. Due to certain circumstances it is now sold.
At 300 meters from the house there is an impressive waterfall. The water flows into the valley from the tropical forest. The river is used to fill the pool. Therefore you can also use a large non-chlorinated pool to cool off or you can swim directly in the waterfalls.
Two rivers run through the property. The sources of the streams are located on the property's own grounds and are therefore free of any contamination.
There are more than 10 springs of crystal clear drinking water that would be suitable for bottling mineral water.
There is the possibility of keeping about 150 cows, which guarantees a good income.

Internet:
Internet is currently not available. K1 is an on-site provider. K1 would provide a fiber optic line to the farm. 50% of the cost is paid by K1. We do not know the production costs. Once everything is up and running, internet rates per month are about 100 BRL. Downloads and uploads at this rate are about 10 to 20 mbit/s. This is enough to watch an HD video without any problems. It is also possible to choose a tariff with higher speed.

Garbage fees:
There are no fees. Garbage is taken by the caretaker 2 to 3 times per week to the nearest disposal station (approx. 3 KM).

Electricity supply:
110/220 V is available. Costs are about 350 BRL per month (at present). When fully operational, approximately 700 BRL per month can be expected.

Sewerage:
All houses on the property have a septic tank. It is emptied approximately every two years. An emptying for 2 septic tanks costs about BRL 500. Therefore, there are no other sewerage fees.
